Project Scope: Each project’s scope will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal. Changes or additional work outside of the original scope may incur additional fees.
Timelines: Estimated project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon prior to project commencement. However, timelines may be subject to change due to client delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Payments: All payments are due as outlined in your invoice. A deposit may be required to secure your project. Final payments must be received before the project is delivered or launched.
Refunds: Due to the nature of custom design work, all completed work is non-refundable. If a project is canceled before completion, partial refunds may be granted depending on the amount of work already completed.

3. Client Responsibilities
You, the client, agree to provide all necessary materials, feedback, and information needed for your project in a timely manner. Delays in providing this information may affect the project timeline.
Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information provided to The Foxsy Designs. The Foxsy Designs will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in content provided by the client.

4. Revisions and Changes
You are entitled to a certain number of revisions as per the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this may be subject to extra fees.

5. Website Maintenance and Updates
If you have subscribed to a website maintenance plan, the services included in your plan will be provided as per the agreement. Changes or updates that fall outside the scope of the maintenance plan may incur additional fees. You may cancel your maintenance service at any time, but refunds for unused services will not be provided unless cancellation occurs within the first 7 days.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Designs: Upon final payment, you will have full rights to the final design files created for you. However, The Foxsy Designs retains the right to display work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials.
Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (e.g., fonts, stock photos) used in your project may require separate licensing. You are responsible for acquiring appropriate licenses for these assets unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Website Usage
